These are my personal preferences and experiences. I had experience with other bike shops and I didn't have good experience so I do not list them here.

Cons: Some parts may not be readily available. Long line of service sometimes due to demand of service.

Cons: Sometimes a long queue of service. Set an appointment. Message first in facebook or call the shop.

Cons: Location based. No on calls. Limited mechanics. Queue may be long as this is go to place for majority of Danang residents who don't know a direct mechanic.

Pros: Known place for acquiring decent bargain for second hand bikes from US and Japan. Get US and German brand bikes here from 17m to 35m VND. I once saw a CANYON Endurace SL here sold for 35M with Ultegra groupset. My friend got his pristine Trek Domane SL 2014 for 30M in this shop with straight Shimano 105 groupset. Can bargain here just bring a translator
Cons: Need google translate. Sometimes Mr. Lan very busy with other customer he just ask you to look at product and get yourself for checking.
